Remaining hydrated is one of the most important parts to a healthy lifestyle so I have heard. Admittedly, despite what I know I find myself not drinking enough water throughout the day. So this week’s goal without a doubt is an important goal that will truly improve my over all well-being.

My “This Week” goal is for the next five days I will drink 5 bottles of water a day. I will drink one bottle in the morning, one before and after my work out, one with lunch, and one an hour or two before I go to bed. Yes, I will recycle the bottles.
