It has been a month since I stepped into a gym. Originally, I decided to take a break because I felt exhausted. I said to myself, okay I’ll take a week off and rest my body. I will admit it felt good to sleep in. I didn’t have to get up at 5:00am to pack a gym bag or my lunch. I didn’t have to check the time repeatedly to ensure I had enough time to write and post an entry on this blog before rushing out the door by 6:00am to make it to the gym by 6:30am.
